ACTARA 25WG is a systemic broad spectrum insecticide with contact, stomach and systemic activity against, sucking and chewing insects. It acts on the nervous system of the insect by targeting the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor of the nerve fiber membrane.
For the control of leaf hoppers in mango, green leaf hoppers, brown and white-backed plant-hoppers rice bugs and black bugs in rice, aphids and leaf hoppers in string beans and eggplant, thrips in banana and mealy bugs in pineapple.
Directions for use:
Foliar Application: Dilute required amount of product in the specified amount of water. Avoid spraying when bees are foraging in the area.
Drench Application: Dilute the required amount of water. Using a knapsack sprayer apply 100ml of solution per hill with the nozzle detached from the lance.

Application Time:
Mango: commence application at bud emergence following induction, avoiding the period when flowers are at full bloom.
Rice: Commence application at 5-15 days after transplanting DAT and repeat when necessary.
String beans: For Foliar Application: Apply the start of pest population build-up and repeat when necessary.
Eggplant: For Foliar Application: Apply at the start of post population build-up and repeat when necessary.
Banana: Apply as soon as the bud emerges.
Pineapple seed piece dip: Dip pineapple seed pieces into the treatment solution before planting
Re-Entry Period: Do not enter unless spray deposits have dried.
